Bing's career started with Medical Business Service in 1976 immediately following his graduation from Marquette University with a degree in Business Administration, and a specialty in Management Information Systems.

Bing's unique skills include a breadth of experience in Information Technology continuously leading MBS to be on the cutting edge. He is the firm authority on all matters related to the successful management of pathology practices and a critical contributor to company matters in the areas of finance and legal issues.

Currently serving as it's President, Bing is very involved with the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA). HBMA is a national organization of billing services, focused on education and promoting compliance and ethics.

Tom joined Medical Business Service immediately after graduation from Vanderbilt University in 1979 with a degree in Economics and Spanish.

Tom is a nationally recognized authority and sought after speaker on all matters attendant to coding with a particular expertise in interventional radiology. He is the only non-physician member of the Economics and Coding Committee of the Society of Interventional Radiology. Tom also serves on the membership development committee of the American College of Radiology.

Tom's main areas of focus inside MBS are leadership in Joint Venture relationships, Outpatient Business Development, and Clinical Practice initiatives in addition to his client service responsibilities.

As the oldest son of the founder, Bill was the first to join the business in 1975 after graduating from Vanderbilt University.

In addition to his client responsibilities, Bill's primary contributions are in the areas of MBS client relationship building and development. His mission is to be the innovative, creative, and process-focused force behind both the company growth and effectiveness resulting in the firm exceeding client expectations.

Bill has distinguished himself in the professional community as a presenter at both Radiology Business Management Association and American Pathology Foundation meetings. His topics are centered on excellence in client service, practice development and analytical tools to improve productivity.

John F. Kelleher, Chief Financial Officer, has 20 years of experience in corporate accounting and administration. As CFO, Jack is responsible for Medical Business Service's (MBS) financial management, including cash management, banking relations, account reconciliation and annual budgeting. In addition, he is responsible for all internal financial reporting, manages communications with federal, state and local taxing and regulatory authorities, leads all corporate insurance matters and oversees facilities management.

Jack is charged with creating a cash/risk management system as well as monthly financial reporting systems that offer more control over MBS' financial operations. Additionally, he will monitor annual budgets and monthly financial statements that reflect profit yield for each of MBS' clients, thus providing the information that enables the executive board to make timely business decisions.

Prior to joining MBS, Jack was CFO for Medics Ambulance Service, Inc. and Regional Director of Patient Business Services at American Medical Response (AMR). Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer for AMR, Florida Division, and he started his career as a senior accountant for a Scranton, Pa. -based accounting firm.

Tony Martinez, Executive Vice President, Practice Management, has been in various senior management positions at Medical Business Service involving its billing and revenue cycle management. Tony has served as the company’s Director of Information Technology, Chief Financial Officer, and most recently 6 years as the Chief Operating Officer. In addition, over the last 6 years Tony’s responsibilities as COO has included extensive involvement in all aspects of client relations.

Tony joined MBS in 1992 as its Director of Information Technology and then served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Under Tony, MBS implemented a structured computer system to which all departments are linked, providing streamlined automated billing. In addition, during his tenure as the Director of I/T, Tony established the foundation for the current strategic technological direction at MBS which will upgrade the billing and revenue cycle process while providing extensive practice management information. Tony’s latest responsibilities as COO lead to the restructuring of operations which resulted in operational efficiencies while achieving greater customer sensitive results and overall company profits.

After graduating in 1980 with a BBA majoring in Accounting from the University of Miami, Tony began his management career as the Manager of Information Systems for the Insurance division of Ryder Systems, Inc. During his eight year stay at Ryder Systems, Inc. his accomplishments included bottom line responsibility for the creation and implementation of billing and revenue cycle management operations.

Peggy McCloskey, Chief Compliance Officer, ensures Medical Business Service's compliance with all government-mandated and recommended procedures in the area of medical billing. Peggy provides leadership in reducing MBS' exposure to fraud and billing abuse, while directing the quality assurance program. She also organizes and coordinates corrective action plans during the quarterly billing data audit process.

During her tenure, she founded, implemented and currently oversees the human resources, training, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and compliance departments. She also established a comprehensive training program to improve the company's efficiency.

Peggy started her career with MBS in 1990 as a Quality Assurance Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations. She is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and is certified in Health Care Compliance, a rigorous new certification program that promotes and recognizes knowledge standards and professional conduct principles for compliance practitioners.

Peggy graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Business Education and has a master's degree in Computer Science Education from Barry University.

Jaime Victoria, Chief Information Officer, is an information technology specialist with expertise in the creation and implementation of information processing systems in the medical and financial industries. Jaime is charged with maximizing the return on all information resources in support of Medical Business Service's growth strategy.

As CIO, Jaime manages all information technology resources, plans for future capacity needs, develops disaster recovery plans and maintains staff requirements. During his tenure, Jaime developed a cost/benefit analysis as well as a prioritization and monitoring process for all projects, while preparing the MBS system for expansion into new markets.

Jaime joined MBS in 1993 as a Team Leader in the IT department. From there, he was promoted to IT Manager. Under his leadership, the IT department implemented the MBS Internet web server, new billing software solutions, disaster recovery, and HIPAA compliance.

Jaime graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
