Practice Management Support Specialist
Position Overview:
Specific analysis projects; act as assistant to Practice Management Director.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general Microsoft Word and Excel functions.
Practice Management – Managed Care Manager
Position Overview:
Supports Managed Care Director in the management of all aspects of provider credentialing, managed care processes and contracting.
Minimum Requirements:
Supervisory skills, Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication (internal and external) skills.
Fee Schedule Coordinator
Position Overview:
Ensure that the appropriate codes are applied to the procedures performed by the physicians, based on hospital billing files, so as to ensure proper billing while at the same time adhering to the rules and regulations set forth by Federal, local and regulatory bodies.
Minimum Requirements:
One to three years of general CPT coding experience. Coding certified (CCS, RCCB, CCA, ect.) and/or certified eligible. Basic Excel and Word experience.

Position Overview:
Responsible for insuring payments, rejections, adjustments, and denials are adequately and appropriately applied to accounts.

Position Overview:

Position Overview:
Resolve accounts to release charges for timely billing and resolve unbilled special handling procedures based on client specific guidelines for the holds process in Hospital Data Capture and other user defined program holds.
