Position Title: Process Improvement Analyst (Lead)

Position Overview: Support the director of Quality and Process Improvement in the implementation of company-wide continuous improvement projects, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques to positively impact quality, delivery and cost, while supporting the goals and objectives of the company. Identifies and eliminates waste and non-value added activities throughout the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Conduct Value Stream Analysis, manufacturing process flow redesigns, and time and motion studies. Leads, coaches, and supports White Belts, Yellow Belts, Green Belts, managers, directors and the leadership team in their continuous improvement activities. Reports project status and results to the Lean Initiatives Manager and others as appropriate. Tracks and assists the implementation of ideas submitted through the company continuous improvement suggestion program. Analyzes and evaluates process improvement ideas and techniques using a variety of computer software programs. Develops databases, spreadsheets and data warehouse reports that can interact with company data systems to gather information used to make informed decisions, evaluate operational performance, and streamline manual data entry/analysis tasks. Leads or participates in cross-functional team activities and Rapid Improvement/Kaizen events. Assist with 5s audit, implementation and training on a weekly and monthly basis. Assist with developing and leading lean/six sigma training to ensure successful CI behaviors at all levels of the organization. Update facility visual boards and on-line reports on a weekly basis.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or         university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  

Position Title: Hold Processor I

Position Overview: Review and resolve accounts held for demographic information per client specific instructions. Assess, identify, analyze and trend inaccurate coding of claims. This includes investigation of inappropriate bundling/unbundling of services, erroneous and duplicate billings, data-entry omissions and errors and configuration problems. Responsible for totaling CPT Codes and hashing totals. Retrieve outsourcing logs from hospital and data information for audits. Review and resolve accounts held for transaction information per client specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in 10 key skills by touch.

 

Position Title: Trainer

Position Overview: Trainer will deliver system and process training to company employees though a combination of on-site workshops and e-learning courses, coordinate training schedules, and update documentation as needed. The trainer will also provide follow-up support to trainees, regularly access success of training program and have some auditing responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are strong platform/public speaking skills, and knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Must possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative and must be able to quickly adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Must be travel up to 10% of the time to other branches. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Position Title: AR Rep II

Position Overview: Overall collection process of insurance balance accounts to achieve MBS collection goals. Responsibilities include Status of Billing Process to review and analyze the accounts receivable status. Rejection, Denials and Correspondence Processes whereby all correspondence requests for additional information and/or changes will be processed.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related customer service/med billing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and customer service/medical billing experience.

Position Title: Compliance Support Specialist

Position Overview: Assist in the investigation and research of compliance policies. Complete tasks and projects related to the billing audits as assigned by the Compliance Manager. Verifies claims payment and performs related testing for Claim submissions and other compliance related issues. Conducts billing audits, maintain and updates billing audit schedule. Perform new client risk assessments and assist in preparing handout and documentation for the New Hire and Annual Compliance trainings. Assist with special projects as requested.

Position Title: Hold Processor II

Position Overview: Verify computer-generated reports and codes accordingly; Key PQRI codes and diagnosis. Responsible for transmission of OASIS data to state/federal agencies as required by law. Responsible for validating reports and providing information to branch managers/case managers. Enters all visit data into agency system.  Demonstrate a high degree of customer service and quality care provision. Review and resolve accounts held for “complex” holds – CCI’s, DX, ICDI, CHDX, crossover, etc. Review and resolve accounts held for demographic information per client specific instructions. Assess, identify, analyze and trend inaccurate coding of claims; this includes investigation of inappropriate bundling/unbundling of services, erroneous and duplicate billings, data-entry omissions and errors and configuration problems. Retrieve outsourcing logs from hospital and data information for audits. Review held Transaction Summary Reports and resolve/release batches for posting.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and customer service/medical billing & DX coding experience.
