Enrollment is the first of the month following 90 days of employment. MBS subsidizes a portion of the cost of medical and dental plans, and provides $15,000 base life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance at no cost.

MBS 401k Retirement Plan
Eligibility requirement: 21 years of age and employed for 1 year (1000 hours within 12 consecutive months). Annual entry dates are January 1st and July 1st. Company matches 50% of the first 6% employee contribution.

Paid Time Off
Amount of time off depends on years of service and employment classification. PTO can be used for vacation, personal time off or illness. PTO is eligible for carryover and cashout (limits apply).
