Payroll and Human Resources Information

All Team Members of MBS have access to the Employee Self-Service Web site provided to us with our payroll services. We have uploaded many of the Company documents you may need from time to time as well as your employee handbook for review at any time.

On this site, you will be able to do the following:

• Personal
  Verify that your address and phone numbers are up to date.
• Work
  Record and update work contact information including phone, fax, cell, pager
  numbers and your e-mail address.
• Attendance
  Request PTO and review your time-off balances. Report discrepancies to HR.
• Tax Status
  Verify your federal and state filing status, allowances, and optional withholding amount.
• Change Password
  Change your password frequently to protect your account.
• Total Compensation Summary
  View a pie chart summarizing the distribution of your total compensation package.
• Message Center
  View messages from your company administrators or your supervisor regarding open enrollment elections and PTO requests. Create and update self reminders.
• Company Directory
  Look up employees or view a company directory.
• Employee Handbook
  View and print employee handbooks.
• Blank Forms
  Print federal and state forms.
• Company Documents
  Access internal company documents.
• Check History
  View a year-to-date running total of your gross pay, taxes paid, deductions, and net pay. Or, view individual check stubs by selecting a specific date.
• W-2s
  View and print your personal Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.
